Suspension setup

Postby ChrisB11 » Mon Jan 02, 2017 7:01 pm

Hi guys, I am trying to find out what levels I should be running on my bike for different riding, obviously preferences are different and weight plays a huge role in the setup but if like to find out what baseline levels people are running.

I'm around 71kg's.

Bike: 2010 Yamaha YZ250F

I wanna know what the front and rear rebound/compression settings are for the bike coming out of the factory, as well as recommended settings for enduro and mx?

Any help and tips would be greatly appreciated !

Thanks guys

For your bike the following should be fairly close to standard, but mostly it comes down to how it feels and adjust from there.
FRONT
Comp -8
Reb -10
Oil volume STD is 350
REAR
Low speed -10
Hi speed + 1.5
Reb - 10
